A full-size English willow cricket bat manufactured by Duncan Fearnley of Worcester, England. The face of the blade features two columns of original hand-signed signatures from the Nottinghamshire and Glamorgan county cricket squads. Printed manufacturer’s labels on the face include the text DUNCAN FEARNLEY, WORCESTER ENGLAND, a stylized logo of three black stumps, and a small green label stating ENGLISH WILLOW. The reverse of the bat is decorated with a large black and white DF logo sticker. The Nottinghamshire CCC signatures include Tim Robinson, Bruce French, Kevin Evans, Chris Broad, Andy Afford, Paul Johnson, and Mick Newell. The Glamorgan CCC signatures include Kevin Lyons, Alan Butcher, Chris Cowdrey, Hugh Morris, Steve Watkin, Colin Metson, Simon Dennis, Roland Lefebvre, Steve Bastien, Adrian Dale, Tony Cottey, and Mark Frost. The inclusion of Chris Cowdrey dates the item to approximately 1992, during his tenure with Glamorgan.
