An Art Deco Smiths Sectric electric mantel clock, manufactured in England. The clock features a rectangular dark brown Bakelite case with a flared base and a square chrome-finished metal bezel. The two-tone dial is set with black Arabic numerals and a minute track, complemented by tapered black hour and minute hands. The dial is marked SMITHS SECTRIC at the centre and MADE IN ENGLAND at the lower right. To the reverse, the synchronous electric movement is encased in a black housing embossed with the SMITHS SECTRIC branding and logo, alongside technical specifications for 200/250V, 50 cycles, and several patent numbers including 432439, 453000, and 471200. The clock is fitted with a black power cord and a standard UK three-pin plug.
