This lot consists of two Chinese carved jadeite pendants featuring pale green translucent tones. The first pendant is carved in the form of a seated figure in a traditional meditative pose, possibly a Buddha or Bodhisattva, with stylized features and flowing robes. It is suspended from a contemporary knotted silk cord in teal and mustard-yellow, accented by a small white jade bead. The second pendant is a polished circular disk of bi form with a central piercing, in a pale greyish-green hue, attached to a teal knotted silk cord. The stones exhibit natural internal inclusions and minor surface variations typical of jadeite. No marks or signatures are present on either piece.
Carved figure: 50 mm length
