A pair of vintage lift-arm petrol lighters, featuring chrome-plated hardware and decorated wrap-around panels. One lighter is embellished with a landscape scene depicting a rural cottage and trees under a blue sky with white circular motifs. The other lighter features a design of two swallows in flight against a backdrop of green foliage on a cream ground. Both items are designed with a lift-arm mechanism and flint wheel, with screw-top ports on the base for fuel and flint replacement. The base of one lighter is stamped with the words MADE IN CHINA on three lines. These examples are characteristic of the Chinese-made No. 1105 model, frequently attributed to the Sunflower brand.
