A set of four static display model locomotives from the Great British Locomotives magazine part-work series. The collection includes a 1954 BR standard 4MT class No. 80079 2-6-4T tank locomotive in black livery, a 1902 SECR C Class 0-6-0 No. 592 with tender in South Eastern and Chatham Railway green livery, a 1961 Deltic D9002 The King’s Own Yorkshire Light Infantry Class 55 diesel locomotive in two-tone green livery, and a 1946 SR 4-6-2 No. 21C151 Winston Churchill Battle of Britain class locomotive with tender in Southern Railway green livery. Each model is constructed from a combination of die-cast metal and plastic components. The models are presented in their original clear plastic blister packaging and include separate black plastic display tracks and bases. Labels on the packaging indicate these were released as a fortnightly publication with a retail price of eight pounds and ninety-nine pence.
