A large circular specialty cooking pan of hand-hammered copper construction with a tinned interior. The base features fifteen circular depressions arranged in a central vertical column of seven, flanked by two groupings of four. The pan is fitted with two decorative cast brass handles secured by rivets. This style of vessel is characteristic of traditional regional cookware from the Mediterranean or Balkans, intended for poaching eggs or baking specific small pastries. No maker marks are visible; a modern inventory sticker is present on the interior.
