A mid-to-late 20th-century wooden storage chest, constructed with a dark-stained exterior and a lighter-toned interior lining, characteristic of aromatic cedar. The front of the chest features three recessed rectangular panels. The lid is attached with simple metal hinges and includes a single metal stay on the right-hand side to hold it open. No maker’s marks, labels, or stamps are visible on the exterior or interior surfaces. The chest contains an assortment of artificial Christmas floral decorations and ornaments, including faux poinsettias in red and white, green foliage, and various red baubles.
