A collection of decorative metalware and barware. The collection features a circular cast metal plaque commemorating the heavyweight championship boxing match between Jack Dempsey and Georges Carpentier, which took place in Jersey City on July 2 1921. The plaque depicts a relief of two boxers in a ring surrounded by a crowd and includes the embossed text Jersey City and July 2 1921. Also included is an Art Nouveau style silver-tone metal picture frame decorated with a relief of a female figure among floral scrollwork. The lot further contains two wine bottle stoppers: one featuring a bunch of dark moulded grapes with a gilded leaf on a cork base, and another silver-tone metal stopper with a scrolled top and an attached chain and keyring.
