Buyer's Premium:

An assortment of decorative metalware featuring a commemorative brass coin bank, an Anglo-Indian brass charger, a Celtic Revival cast metal bowl, and an enamelled brass canister. The coin bank comprises three graduated brass tubes mounted on a single circular pedestal base, designed for coin storage with vertical viewing slots marked in pound denominations. Each tube has a removable cap secured by a chain and is stamped with a central crest, the date 1953, and the name PINCHES, produced by John Pinches of London to commemorate the Coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The circular brass tray features intricate hand-etched and chased decoration across concentric bands, depicting processional figures, animals, and foliage centered on a six-petalled floral medallion. The shallow cast metal bowl, possibly pewter, is decorated with a wide flanged rim featuring a continuous embossed Celtic knotwork design. The cylindrical brass canister includes a fitted lid and is ornamented in an Indo-Persian style with relief-moulded foliate scrolls and vertical bands of red and blue enamel.
