An officially licensed Mars, Incorporated candy dispenser designed in the style of a yellow hot rod, known as the Rebel Without a Clue model. The vehicle is constructed from plastic and features red and yellow flame decals on the side panels. It is detailed with a large chrome-effect plastic engine, exhaust pipes, and wheel rims. The car is fitted with four large black plastic tyres featuring white-wall detailing. Seated inside the vehicle are two fixed character figures representing the Red and Green M&M’s personalities. The underside of the chassis bears molded text stating: TM/© M&M’s, M and the M&M’s Characters are trademarks of Mars, Incorporated. © Mars, Inc. Made in China. A molded warning regarding small parts and choking hazards is also present.
