Each cover features a circular Bureau Edinburgh first day of issue cancellation and is type-addressed to a recipient in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. The lot further includes an assortment of hand-painted Russian nesting dolls (Matryoshka) featuring traditional floral and figurative motifs. There is a stainless steel hip flask with a monochrome chevron pattern and a side label for Drambuie. Completing the lot are two hammered metal vessels. One vessel is marked to the base with the characters W S and S for the maker William Suckling and Sons, as part of their Homeland line. The marks include the text ENGLISH PEWTER and HAND BEATEN, alongside a graphic depicting St Pauls Cathedral above the word HOMELAND.
