A circular commemorative exhibitor plaque cast from a yellow-toned metal, likely brass or bronze, with a heavy black finish. The plaque features a central high-relief ram head set within a recessed circular field. The raised outer border contains embossed lettering reading STEAM GALA 1980 EXHIBITOR 21ST SCOUTS. The reverse is flat and unfinished, characteristic of a sand-cast item. Two holes have been drilled through the face for mounting purposes.
