A mid-20th century cardboard cigar box produced by Jno. H. Swisher and Son, Inc. for the King Edward Imperial brand. The hinged lid features a lithographed inner label depicting a portrait of King Edward VII in formal attire, accompanied by the text America’s Mildest Cigar and Now with Perfection Binder. The graphic displays a 6 cent price point within a circular emblem. The box is identified as A Swisher Product and features S and S trade mark logos. The lot contains 14 original cigars, each individually wrapped in cellophane and retaining the original red, gold, and white paper bands marked King Edward and Mild Tobaccos. Several cellophane wrappers include pull tabs.
