A ceramic collectors mug produced by Robert Harrop Designs Limited, featuring P.C. McGarry from the classic children’s television series Camberwick Green. The standard cylindrical vessel features a transfer-printed wraparound design; one side depicts a character illustration of the policeman in uniform against a sepia-toned village backdrop, while the reverse is printed with the character’s introductory rhyme and the Camberwick Green logo. The mug is accompanied by its original white cardboard presentation box. The base of the mug bears a printed Robert Harrop logo. The box retains an adhesive label reading ‘Robert Harrop Designs Limited’, ‘© G.M. (Trumpton) Ltd 2012’, ‘CGM01’, and ‘P.C. McGarry Number 452! Collectors Mug’.
