An assortment of Scottish themed costume jewellery brooches featuring traditional motifs. The collection includes a large circular disc brooch with flat-chased Celtic knotwork depicting zoomorphic intertwined figures. Also included is an openwork thistle brooch centering an oval mottled green and orange glass cabochon, and a smaller circular thistle brooch set with a faceted red glass paste stone. A further brooch depicts two thistle flower heads finished in purple enamel with green enamelled leaves, accented by small clear paste stones. The group is completed by a tapered, elongated bar brooch featuring pierced foliate openwork in a darkened, oxidized white metal finish. The reverse of the brooches feature standard hinged pin stems with C-clasps.
