A circular commemorative medallion struck in grey-toned white metal, likely a zinc alloy. The obverse features a relief of a male head superimposed over an eagle with outstretched wings and the Olympic rings, flanked by a quadriga and oak leaf sprigs. The perimeter is cast with the German text ICH RUFE DIE JUGEND DER WELT and BERLIN 1936. The reverse surface bears several impressed marks arranged vertically: a circular mark containing lightning-bolt-style runes, the numbers 86 over 37, and a circular mark containing the letters SS and RZM. The medallion is finished with an integral suspension loop at the top.
