The model is housed in its original red and yellow window display box with a fitted internal clear plastic tray. The box end label is printed with the text R 6210B / 45 Ton GLW Steel Carrier / With Rail Load / No 40101. The front of the box bears the Hornby logo in a yellow and red cartouche.
