A Mid-Century Modern style two-tier drinks trolley featuring a brass and glass construction. The rectangular frame is formed from tubular gilt-metal effect iron, decorated with elaborate scrollwork borders to the upper and lower shelving sections. Each tier supports a rectangular pane of smoked glass held in place by integrated metal tabs. The cart is designed for mobility, featuring two large open-spoked wheels at one end with heart-shaped decorative spokes, and a pair of vertical supports at the opposite end. The scrollwork continues along the side panels in a symmetrical butterfly-like motif. A small yellow adhesive label is present on the lower glass shelf reading 5423.
