A pair of vintage wall-mounted coat hooks constructed in a circular, target-like form. Each piece is composed of concentric rings of bent bamboo and rattan, secured together with traditional woven cane lashings at four points around the perimeter. The central section of each frame supports a forward-projecting double hook, formed from a single continuous loop of bentwood with a reinforced rattan-wrapped throat. The design reflects the organic, bohemian aesthetic of mid-century European interior decor. One hook exhibits a darkened, scorched finish at the crest of the bend, likely an artifact of the heat-forming process used during manufacture. Small yellow adhesive inventory labels are present on the upper outer rings, one reading 1523 and the other partially obscured but consistent in style.
