A Victorian style hip flask of rounded, tapering form. The upper portion of the glass body is clad in a textured black leather sleeve with orange stitched borders, featuring a vertical sight window to one side to monitor the liquid levels. The flask is fitted with a removable white metal drinking cup base, which is elaborately decorated with chased foliate and scrollwork patterns surrounding a central vacant heraldic shield. The decorative band is framed by geometric Greek key borders at the top and base. The flask is finished with a domed white metal captive screw cap. While the metalwork shows a silver-toned finish, no assay marks are visible to the exterior surfaces.
