An assortment of British police, constabulary, and emergency service cap badges, primarily constructed from white metal with chrome-plated finishes and enamel detailing. The collection includes a Somerset and Bath Constabulary star-shaped badge with a central blue enamel ring featuring a dragon, a West Riding Constabulary circular badge with a central white Yorkshire rose, and a Greater Manchester Fire Service multi-rayed star badge with a gilt-metal effect and red enamel central crest. Other examples include a South Yorkshire Police badge with the ‘ER’ cypher, an Admiralty Constabulary badge featuring a fouled anchor within a wreath, an Air Force Dept. Constabulary badge, and a Congleton Police badge. A laurel wreath design with a blue enamel ring is present for H.M. Prison Service. The badges feature a variety of central motifs including regional crests, anchors, and royal cyphers, with several examples displaying the Queen Elizabeth II crown. Most badges are fitted with lug or slider attachments to the reverse.
