The badge is constructed with a central red enamel shield featuring a stylized monogram, set within a circular border inscribed CLUB UNION LONG SERVICE AWARD in white enamel lettering. An integrated red enamel banner to the right side displays the text 25 YEARS. The metalwork features decorative scrollwork to the outer edges. The reverse of the badge is fitted with a gold-toned pin clutch and safety chain.
