The unit features six metal plunger-style footswitches, each accompanied by a red LED indicator. The controls are organised into three functional sections: Amp 1 comprising Clean and Crunch switches; Amp 2 featuring OD1 and OD2 switches; and a Master section for Solo and Reverb functions. The face of the controller is printed in white with the stylized graphic logo MF MODEFOUR and the script Marshall AMPLIFICATION logo to the left. The item is housed in its original black and white printed cardboard retail box, which is marked Marshall MF MODEFOUR 6 WAY FOOT CONTROLLER. The controller remains partially encased in its original protective clear plastic wrap.
