A pair of cranberry glass mantle lustres of traditional double-knopped form. Each vessel is constructed from deep pinkish-red glass, likely achieved through the addition of gold chloride, featuring a flared, circular foot and a smooth, blown body leading to a wide, flat-cut rim. The lustres are decorated with suspended clear glass prisms, each comprising an octagonal button linked by brass-toned wire to a long, tapered spear drop with lateral notched cutting. The bases are finished with a smooth, ground surface.
Height: Approximately 21.5 cm.
