An assortment of folding pocket knives featuring various handle materials and tool configurations. The collection includes a commemorative two-blade pen knife with decorative celluloid? handles depicting the 1953 coronation of Queen Elizabeth II, featuring a lanyard ring and polished bolsters. Four examples feature iridescent scales, likely mother-of-pearl?, including a large multi-blade folder and three smaller pen knives. Several other knives feature synthetic scales in cream, yellowed faux-ivory, and blue ‘cracked ice’ pearloid effects. Utility patterns are represented by a wooden-handled? folder with an external corkscrew, an all-metal utility folder with a lanyard ring, and a single-blade folder with a dark wood? or composite handle. The commemorative knife is marked with the printed text Queen Elizabeth II Coronation 1953. Other knives show evidence of manufacturer marks to the tangs, though these are not clearly legible as names. The blades are constructed from carbon steel? and white metal?.
