A mid-century modern wall-mounted coat rack featuring a chrome-plated tubular metal construction. The design incorporates a top hat shelf with an integrated decorative lattice composed of three elongated diamond shapes. The lower horizontal rail is fitted with six integrated hooks, each finished with a white protective plastic? cap. The rack is designed for wall mounting via two vertical end brackets. Accompanying the rack is an Edwardian style fireplace fender constructed from pressed brass. The fender features a stepped rectangular profile with three applied decorative repoussé panels: a central cartouche and two corner pieces, each displaying scrolling foliate motifs. The brass surface exhibits a deep aged patina with areas of oxidation and verdigris in the recesses of the decorative work.
