A pendant necklace from the Jacqueline Kennedy Collection by Camrose & Kross. The piece features a central marquise-cut blue faceted crystal, likely sapphire? glass, suspended within a crescent-shaped openwork frame. This frame is pavé-set with numerous small, round clear crystals against a white metal ground. The pendant is suspended from a curb link chain, which is fitted with a lobster claw clasp and a decorative teardrop-shaped terminal. The necklace is presented in its original red velvet hinged box. The interior silk lid lining is printed in gold-tone lettering with the mark Camrose & Kross. The lot includes a certificate of authenticity which states in printed text MANUFACTURED BY Camrose & Kross and further certifies the piece as a rendering of an Elite Design. Also present is a small card featuring a facsimile signature reading With best wishes, Jacqueline Kennedy and the printed location STATE DINNER. The reverse of this card is printed with the text Printed in U.S.A.
