A mid-century mechanical alarm clock by the Swiss manufacturer Oris. The timepiece is housed in a drum-style case of chrome-plated effect metal, supported by two tapered conical feet. The circular white dial is set with black Arabic numerals and a dashed minute track, featuring blued steel spade and circle hands and a central alarm hand under a domed crystal. A prominent red plastic alarm activation button is positioned on the upper shoulder of the case. The dial is printed with the brand name ORIS below the twelve and SWISS MADE at the base. The reverse features a polished finish with a central winding key, a knurled setting knob, and a regulator slot with a graduated scale marked with plus and minus symbols. Faint, illegible script, likely a jeweller’s service mark, is scratched into the metal on the rear casing.
