A post-Second World War Royal Air Force canvas kit bag? of typical cylindrical form, constructed from heavyweight drab canvas with a distinctive horizontal blue stripe to the lower third. The upper section is stencilled in black ink with the service branch R.A.F., the service number 3 1 2 1 6 3 1, and the date 7-49. The bag features reinforced metal eyelets around the rim for a drawstring closure. Accompanying the bag is an assortment of automotive lighting components, primarily consisting of red and amber plastic lenses for indicator and brake lamps. Some components remain in their original blue and white paper packaging marked UNIPART, with others bearing the moulded mark ENGLAND. The lot includes a repurposed white card box with the handwritten inscription Sonic Tapes Measure and a directional arrow.
