The stand features a heavy, weighted circular stepped base and a vertical support column terminating in a flared, horseshoe-shaped rack to accommodate the tools. Each tool is fitted with a coordinating turned handle decorated with a series of raised rings and a spherical terminal. The shovel blade and tong arms are formed from sheet and bar stock.
