An assortment of Asian-inspired decorative items and artwork. The group is centred around a large white-glazed porcelain figurine of a bearded scholar or deity in flowing robes, decorated with polychrome and gilt-metal effect accents. This is accompanied by two framed prints under glass: one depicting a Thai style Buddha within a temple interior and another featuring a woman in traditional Japanese attire. The collection includes a blue-ground cloisonne enamel elephant with floral decoration, a large dark-stained carved wood stand in the form of an elephant, and various small figurines of seated Buddhas and animals in materials including white metal?, wood and ceramic. The porcelain figurine features a small impressed mark to the base which is not legible as a name. No other maker’s marks or signatures are visible.
