A Zippo windproof pocket lighter of classic rectangular flip-top form featuring a black matte finish. The exterior case is constructed from metal with a hinged lid that produces a characteristic metallic click upon opening. The lower front face is decorated with a white printed graphic depicting a tobacco pipe in profile. This example is fitted with a specialised stainless steel pipe lighter insert, featuring a chimney with large circular side cutouts specifically designed to facilitate lighting a pipe while the flame is drawn downwards. The base of the lighter bears the impressed marks F XIV above the stylised Zippo logo, with BRADFORD PA. MADE IN U.S.A. positioned below, confirming the manufacturing location and dating the piece to June 1998.
