The assembly includes a Thorntons branded confectionery jar of squat, rounded form with a fitted lid and central knob, finished in a deep brown glaze. The body features relief-moulded lettering reading Thorntons SPECIAL TOFFEE. Also included is a white glazed ceramic platter of oval form, stylised as a fish with embossed scales, fins, and a textured tail. The lot is completed by a hand-painted ceramic pie vent? shaped as a blackbird, featuring a black glaze with white eyes and orange-yellow detailing to the open beak and base.
