A late 20th-century wall mirror of oval form, featuring a wide bevelled edge mirror plate. The mirror is housed within a decorative frame of moulded composite? / resin? construction with a gilt-metal effect finish. The frame is designed in the French Rococo? style, enriched with scrolling acanthus leaf motifs to the sides and terminating in prominent foliate and C-scroll crests at the top and bottom. The surface displays a textured, matte gold-toned finish. The bevelled mirror plate appears clear, and the silvering is well-preserved.
