An assortment of mid-20th-century costume jewellery presented within a rectangular metal tin. The collection features multiple beaded necklaces including several strands of pearls in various lengths, multi-strand necklaces with vibrant orange, turquoise-coloured?, and amber-toned beads, and faceted glass beads in shades of rose pink, brown, and green. Materials appear to include Lucite? or plastic beads, moulded glass, and base metal findings. A small fragment of faux fur with a decorative rhinestone-set element is also present. The hinged metal container features a cream-coloured exterior decorated with a lithographed rose floral motif, with a gold-toned interior lid. A fragment of an adhesive paper label is present inside the tin with red printed characters reading LONDON.
