A collection of white metal, bronzed, and gilt metal effect sporting and commemorative medals and jewellery components. The group includes two circular floral-bordered bezels, one containing a 1938 British farthing featuring a wren motif and the other currently empty. A circular bronzed medal features a laurel wreath border surrounding a central swimmer in relief, inscribed PRUDHOE A.S.C. around the inner rim. Another decorative medal features a black enamel border with the legend NEWPORT SWIMMING CLUB in gilt lettering. A lozenge-shaped medal with thistle-head terminals is inscribed CORPORATION OF GLASGOW CELEBRATION and features a central coat of arms. Also included is an ornate white metal and gilt metal effect medal depicting three figures in a rowing boat, alongside a circular bronzed medal showing two combatants within a wreath and several smaller swimming-themed medals in various finishes.
