A large porcelain figurine depicting a lady in 18th-century Rococo-style dress. The figure is modelled in a standing pose, holding a small floral sprig. She is dressed in an elaborate costume featuring a pink feathered hat, a pale blue bodice with pink cross-lacing, and a layered, multi-coloured skirt. The skirt is decorated with vertical floral stripes and is further embellished with a garland of numerous intricately modelled, applied porcelain roses and green leaves. The base is naturalistically modelled with green-toned texturing. The piece is finished in glazed porcelain with hand-painted polychrome enamel decoration and gilded highlights. There are no visible maker’s marks, signatures, or model numbers.
