A large Art Deco pressed glass vase of flared triangular form, manufactured in Czechoslovakia. The piece features the Lord pattern, also known as the Feather pattern, designed by Josef Inwald for the Barolac range. The exterior is decorated in high relief with a series of overlapping, upward-pointing chevrons wrapping around the corners of the vessel. The design utilises a contrast in textures, featuring satin-frosted recessed areas against polished highlights on the raised relief pattern. The vase stands on a solid, integral base. No maker marks, signatures, or labels are visible.
