Antique Acme Safe still bank of British manufacture. The bank is constructed from painted sheet metal and features a central brass dual-ring combination lock mechanism. The embossed brass dial is marked SAFE, ACME, and REGD, with concentric rings displaying stamped numerals from 1 to 20. A brass T-handle is mounted above the dial to facilitate the retraction of the internal bolt. The exterior door panel retains remnants of original gold-painted decorative pinstriping and scrollwork at the corners. A vertical coin slot is positioned at the rear of the internal compartment.
