The circular top is inset with a ring of green leather featuring gold-tooled borders and decorative corner motifs, surrounding a central circular mahogany veneer panel. The top is mounted on a central turned mahogany pedestal column supported by a tripod base of three out-swept legs. Each leg is finished with a brass paw foot.
