A hand-blown studio glass vase by Mdina Glass, Malta, featuring the Crustal Blue pattern. The vessel is formed with a squat, globular body tapering to a narrow neck and terminating in a wide, trumpet-shaped flared rim. The decoration consists of internal vertical ribbons of teal blue and opaque white glass that spiral at the rim, complemented by mottled gold and amber-toned inclusions within the glass wall. The piece exhibits characteristic studio glass features including internal seeds and the use of cane-working techniques.
