A large hand-blown art glass vase of compressed globular or melon form. The body is executed in translucent turquoise-blue glass featuring deep optical vertical ribbing that creates a rhythmic texture across the surface. Internally, the piece is decorated with a series of vertical ribbons in a contrasting lime-green colour. The form tapers into a slender neck terminating in a wide, flared, and flattened rim. The green ribbons continue through the neck and follow the contour of the rim.
