A large ceramic planter modelled in the form of a reclining long-haired cat, characteristic of a Persian breed. The piece features deeply moulded relief detailing to simulate the texture of flowing fur and is finished in a uniform, high-gloss white monochrome glaze. It incorporates a large oval opening in the back of the torso for functional use as a planter or decorative bowl. There are no maker marks or factory stamps visible on the exterior or interior surfaces.
