This collection comprises thirteen pieces of silver-coloured serving flatware and cutlery, predominantly featuring the Reed & Barton Francis I pattern. The handles are decorated with heavy rococo-revival ornamentation, including high-relief clusters of fruit, flowers, and foliage set within elaborate scrollwork and shell motifs. The group includes a three-piece carving set consisting of a curved-blade carving knife, a large two-pronged fork, and a matching sharpening steel with a hand guard. Also included are two berry spoons with deep bowls featuring embossed fruit and foliage designs and remnants of internal vermeil gilding. The assortment further contains six specialized servers and spatulas, including a shovel-form cake server, a pointed pie server with a serrated edge, and a highly ornate pierced server with foliate decoration. Additional pieces include a large four-tine serving fork, a table spoon, a round-bowl serving spoon, and a long serrated knife. Small marks are visible on the reverse of the handles and on the blades, though they are not clearly legible for definitive metal identification. The style and construction are consistent with both high-quality silver plate and sterling silver serving pieces from the late 19th to early 20th centuries.
