A fourteen-piece collection of ruby red cut-to-clear lead crystal glassware. The set comprises a large pedestal centrepiece bowl, wine goblets, sherry glasses, champagne coupes, and a cordial glass. Each piece is constructed with a vibrant ruby-cased exterior hand-cut to a clear crystal core. The decorative scheme features a traditional geometric pattern comprising diamond-hatched fields beneath fanned palmette motifs. The vessels are supported by clear stems with faceted or rounded details, terminating in plain, polished circular feet. The high clarity and sharp-edged precision of the cutting are characteristic of quality lead crystal. No maker marks, signatures, or acid-etched stamps are visible on any of the pieces.
