A large Coca-Cola advertising mirror, being a mid-to-late 20th-century reproduction of a Victorian-era advertisement from circa 1900-1905. The design is executed in the Art Nouveau style, featuring an oval portrait of the opera singer Hilda Clark to the right. The mirror is decorated with elaborate gold and cream-coloured scrollwork and floral motifs against a black and mirrored background. The central text features the Coca-Cola logo in Spencerian script, incorporating the words Trade Mark. Additional text includes Delicious, Relieves Fatigue, and The Most Refreshing Drink In The World. The upper portion reads Sold Everywhere In Glass Or Bottle and 5c. The base features the slogan Wherever Ginger Ale, Seltzer Or Soda Is Good Coca-Cola Is Better – Try It!. The piece is constructed from a glass panel with reverse-printed graphics.
