A collection of vintage industrial aluminium catering tins manufactured by Grundy (Teddington) Ltd. The group comprises various heavy-gauge vessels in rectangular and rounded forms, with several examples retaining their fitted lids and folding steel wire handles. A handle bracket on one of the rectangular containers is stamped with the inscription SUPPLIERS / GRUNDY (TEDDINGTON) LTD. These containers are typical of mid-20th-century British institutional kitchen equipment, such as those supplied to school canteens or military field messes. The lot is contained within a grey plastic storage crate.
