A Parker writing set comprising a ballpoint pen and a rollerball pen, presented in a black hinged manufacturer’s case with a grey lining. Both instruments are constructed with gilt metal effect barrels and caps, each decorated with a consistent vertical fluted pinstripe pattern. The rollerball pen features a black resin grip section that tapers toward the tip, while the ballpoint pen is designed with a cap-actuation system for the retractable refill. The base of each cap is encircled by an engraved band featuring the Parker arrow logo and the name PARKER. One band is additionally marked with the letters PL and the other bears a date code of three vertical lines III. The interior lid of the case features the Parker logo and name printed in silver, and a small grey fabric tab is marked LIFT.
