A mid-20th-century? industrial milk churn of cylindrical form with a tapered neck, constructed from sheet aluminium. The vessel features two heavy-duty loop handles riveted to the shoulder and is accompanied by a matching removable lid with a slightly domed profile. The body is reinforced with horizontal bands around the shoulder and lower section, showing an aged, matte grey patina consistent with agricultural use. The shoulder bears faint, illegible characters or scratches which are not clearly legible as a name or identification mark. The base rim features a series of small, repeating circular perforations, suggesting a possible later conversion for use as a garden planter.
