A collection of 12-inch vinyl singles featuring releases from the English alternative groups New Order and Electronic. The lot includes the New Order titles Spooky (1993) with its distinctive multicoloured pill graphic sleeve, World (The Price of Love) (1993) bearing the text A NEW ORDER RELEASE on the sleeve edge, 1963 (1995) featuring 3D-effect numerals over a blurred orange background, Blue Monday 1988 (1988) containing the Beach Buggy remix, and True Faith-94 (1994) with a nebula and splash graphic. Also included is the single Vivid (1999) by the band Electronic, featuring a window-pane graphic. The sleeve for Vivid carries a copyright notice for 1999 Clear Productions Ltd under exclusive licence to EMI Records Ltd and lists tracks including the Two Lone Swordsmen mix of Vivid and the Harvey’s a star in your own mind mix of Prodigal Son. All records are housed in their original illustrated card picture sleeves, representing the bands’ electronic and synth-pop output from the late 1980s to the late 1990s.
